Tarragon Bacon Baked chicken
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, pounded thin
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 ½ tablespoons tarragon
8 slices bacon
Stir tarragon into cream cheese until well mixed.
Spread cream cheese mix on chicken and roll up.
Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken roll. Use tooth picks to secure.
Brown on stove, then bake at 350* for 30 – 45 minutes.
