The Big Mac Hamburger 1 Lbs lean ground beef Salt & Black Pepper > Make 8 small patties, place on wax paper(on a baking sheet), season with salt&pepper on both sides. Place in a freezer for five to ten minutes. 4 sesame seed hamburger buns, plus 4 bottom buns 4 slices of American cheese 4 teaspoons of finely chopped white onions 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce 8 rounds of dill pickles > Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, until sizzles when water drops on it. Cook 4 patties at a time (don't over crowed skillet). Cook for 1-2 minutes per side.(Add cheese to 4 of the patties) >after cooking Clean pan, and heat buns till warm. Assemble> Place 4 bottom buns on plate, put 1 tbsp of mac sauce on each. Put cheese Pattie on bun, cheese side down. Spread 1tbsp each of mac sauce on other set of bottom buns, place sauce side onto patties.Then top with 1 tbsp sauce, onion, lettuce, pickles, and the remaining Pattie, (do to all four), then place top buns with seeds. Mac Sauce 1/3 cup of mayonnaise 2 teaspoons dill pickle relish 2 teaspoons of ketchup 2 teaspoons sugar 2 teaspoons yellow mustard 2 tablespoons of finely chopped white onion >Mix all ingredients together, blend well.
