4 Ice cubes
handful of almonds
1 cup almond milk
1 cup non fat greek yogurt
1-2 tbls wheat germ
1-2 tbls flax seed (or flax seed mill)
lg. handful spinach

Blend these together first, then add the following

1 cup blueberries
1 cup cherries
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2-1 whole banana

Blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed to thin, or you can add water. I have started to eyeball the berries and I put more blueberries than cherries in. You can use whatever berries you'd like to suit your taste.

To make this dairy free, exclude the yogurt, and add a splash of orange juice. If it is too thick, thin it with water. I have also added 2 leaves of kale along with the spinach.
