Roasted broccoli and Cauliflower

Head of broccoli and/ or Head of cauliflower
Olive Oil

Heat oven to 400. Chop the veggies into bite sized pieces. toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for about an hour, stirring about 3 times, until the cauliflower is nice and browned.
The broccoli tends to cook faster than the cauliflower, so for best results, I would do them separately or atleast keep them separate on the pan so you can remove the broccoli earlier.
These make a great, and healthy snack. They are both good dipped in ketchup as well... especially the cauliflower ;)
