1 recipes portobello steaks (link above)
1-2 onions, sliced into strips
2-3 bell peppers, sliced into strips
1 clove of garlic (optional)
1 packet of fajita seasoning mix
Prepare portobello steaks, let cool on plate, and slice into stips.
While portobellos cool sautee onions, peppers, and garlic in either olive oil or water until desired tenderness.
Add fajita mix, with a small amount of water. Add "steaks" to pan and heat through.
Add favorite toppings and ENJOY!
