No sugar jam

1 cup berries of choice. (blueberries, blackberries, mixed berries etc)
1-2 packets of stevia. or more according to your taste(you could probably use agave nectar as well)
1 tbls Chia seeds.

If your berries are frozen, heat them in a small sauce pan til warm. Either put them in a bowl and mash with a fork, or put them in a food processor. Add them back to the sauce pan, and add sweetener, heat about 5 mins or until it slightly bubbles. remove from heat, and add chia seeds. Allow to set about 30 mins. For a thicker or thinner jam, use more or less chia seeds. Put in the fridge. :)
