Kale chips

large bunch of kale
1-2 teas. olive oil
salt
pepper

Heat over to 350. Wash and dry kale. pull the leaves from the stems and tear into bite sized pieces. Toss kale in olive oil. Season LIGHTLY! with salt and pepper. ( I have discovered that if you overdo it on the salt they don't come out too well). Bake for 10-15 mins, or until edges of chips begin to brown. Avoid burning. :)
