1-2 tbls Olive oil (or smaller amount, based on how "low fat" you want)
Season all (seasoned salt)
Cut desired amount of red potatoes into wedges, and arrange on a baking sheet. (line baking sheet with aluminum foil to avoid sticking to the pan). drizzle with olive oil to coat all of the potatoes. Season the potatoes, and Broil (if your oven has a "hi or low" broil setting, use hi) for 15 mins, or until potatoes are nicely browned. Serve with ketchup, if desired.
