1-2 can black beans (rinsed well! i put them in a stainer and run them under the faucet)
1 can fat free refried beans
1 packet taco seasoning
Whole wheat tortillas or whole wheat pita bread (for an open faced/ navajo taco style)
In a small sauce pan, heat the refried beans. In a seperate saucepan or skillet add the black beans, and corn (optional) with about 1/4 cup of water, maybe a bit less. Add the taco seasoning and heat until hot and bubbling.
Use your bread of choice, add refried beans, then black bean mixture and toppings of your choice :)
